Mancini grew up in Marche, which is apparently a very short railway journey from Bologna.

Family visit.

124 miles from Bologna to Marche.

50 miles from Bologna to Florence- Cerci
Also Fiorentina are called the viola, which could explain the "musical" reference from Tolmie.

Normally he's not that clever.

Not been able to link one clue he's ever made to a signing or failed signing later, once yet. Does anyone have any examples of his clues and then what they were found to mean? Does he ever explain what they were afterwards?

Don't start mate........ only ever ends in one way

Well the club Mancini Jr. has been loaned to are 100 miles from Bologna, but I don't see why Bob would be needed there, his son is grown up and the club will look after him.

Montolivio maybe ? Has he signed a new contract or agreed to a move anywhere .
Him and Jovetic would be good additions

Cavanni or Lavezzi would be nice but wishful thinking in January. Summer maybe unless it's some sort of pre-contractual agreement? ;)

I really do wish to be as open and cordial as possible. I can see from your post count that you may have not been a poster for long?

It's always in good faith, but it's tiring explaining my reasons for posting the way in which I do, however frustrating or nauseating, to a new generation of posters each window.

I make my living from this game. I gave up trying to please everybody a while ago.

There is a semblance of truth shrouded in banter and world class musical additions.

Most of your contributions do not involve world class music.

Cheeky bastard!! I'm bringing music which rings across the ages and the transfer forum time continuum.

And just for that...

You`ve used this vid in a previous "It`s Quiet thread" and at the end of the window you explained what it meant.

I can`t remember myself what you said, but does it mean the same player?

quite possibly - the clue is that the London boys i.e. Chelski have also tried to sign him (hope it's Hazard and not Willian)

this one - swap for Tevez?

damn id be happy with that. we get the next midfield world beater, Tevez is offloaded to a place where he cannot do damage. it all seems to good to be true, only trouble being most on this forum are against any Brazil players.

I'm almost 100% sure the club don't really care what the transfer forum posters on bluemoon think.

This thread has become like the rolling news outside brodacast satire on The Day Today.
Over to you, Martin. What can you tell us?"
"And the latest news is that there is no news"

Didn't Tolmie already confirm he was alluding to De Rossi?

The Glen Campbell & London Boys videos would suggest a winger and someone involving one of the London clubs, though.

Seems unlikely, but could there be more than one on the way....?
