I take it all as a game,i believe no-one really just bored tonite,if it is pepe he is at the confeds cup as is sanchez so nothing happening there yet
I believe when i see a pic of them in manchester or at the club

Why not? Would hardly be the first one. See Denayer......

Anyways...i have my doubts it's a marquee CB. I'd imagine someone like Bonucci or Van Dijk would have leaked to the press. But to be fair, Bernardo was kept quiet. So what do i know....

But if i had to guess. I would guess Pepe.

I'm certain it won't be Bonucci or Van Dijk. But if there was a CB at the CFA today then I reckon it's Marquinhos. He'll be shunted out by Pepe's arrival at PSG, he was linked briefly a few months ago and I'm sure I've seen him and Jesus acting pretty friendly on social media so there's another lure for him to come. Add that to Zin's hints about a Brazilian spine next season and it almost makes sense.

Although, it could be Hernandez despite Atletico's ban. They're pretty well stocked at center half.

I do think a quality centre half (ideally Bonucci or Van Dijk) is needed, but not sure if it's a priority for the club. As it stands we already have five on the books (Kompany, Otamendi, Stones, Kolarov, Adarabioyo). The latter will probably go out on loan, but another one would still have to make way. Presumably it'd be either Kolarov or Otamendi, but there's not been much talk of either going. It'd be a surprise if a new CB was close, albeit a welcome one.
