We would never win a league game again with that midfield, imo.
Plus the bench would pretty much need to be all homegrown!
We'd win plenty. It's no weaker than having Yaya inbetween De Bruyne and Silva.
I would favour VVD or Bonucci over Laporte. Whilst Stones hasn't strictly been a bad signing, we do have an ugly habit of signing young centre backs who don't live up to their hype. Rodwell, Savic, Boateng, Mangala and Nastasic all spring to mind.
I suppose we could go three at the back?

He's 1.25 to join all of a sudden.A lot of money on Bernado Silva joining us apparently. Can't see it personally.
