It's Quiet - a new dawn

Genuine question, is this the maddest transfer window we've had?
IMO we have had a very good window which could end up a brilliant window with the main problem spots in defence solved and bench warmers moved on. Just the fact that our activity stalled in recent days does not make it a bad window as I say IMO!

Watching sky yellow ticker and it's stating Jake Livermore, Phil Jones and Kieran trippier missed England training but should be available for Malta and I think to myself how fucking lucky we are to have the HG players we have.

Just read that again and say those names out loud to yourself. Phil Jones, Kieran Trippier and Jake Livermore. England players. Now think back to the Euro 96 squad up to World Cup 98. How fucking far has this footballing nation fallen?

Quite shocking how bad England have become

And people wonder why Sterling to Arsenal is laughable

Bernardo Silva
Ederson
Kyle Walker
Douglas Luiz
Danilo
Benjamin Mendy
Alexis Sanchez?
Johnny Evans?

All without losing any players we are likely to miss.

Perhaps not the maddest transfer window, but by far the best if you ask me. A world class player and three who aren't far off, a promising young midfielder, England's best RB and a man named John.

I'd say Ederson has WC potential as well. He's already shown he is quite capable and he's only 24.

Eddie was one of the three I think will be WC, along with Mendy and Bernardo
Alright, fair enough haha, now I'm going to complain that the best RB in the league is already WC. Which means if we sign Sanchez we'll have gotten 2 WC players in vital positions this window! If we sign Sanchez then we are likely signing truly WC CM/CDM and maybe a CB next window, I am so excited for this season and the foreseeable future!

IF, I said IF, Sanchez is coming and Sterling is part of the deal (though if it is Stirling make sure the castle isn't included, like that London Bridge balls up nonsense) I wonder how much Sterling's value would be discounted for his red card?
