Just simplistic maths, but... let's say we have 50m 'reserved' for Alexis and 20-25m for Evans. Which brings us to... Why not pay that fucking 70m for Alexis, Arsenal should really just go and accept it and everything points to it. And let Evans go wherever else. He's probably a better fit to our team than Mangala is, but he's no Baresi either anyway.
