Surely the Pre Contract is Boateng?

I didn't think Boateng was out of contract (hence the talk of £11M fee), so he can't be the pre contract one, so it must be Cole.
Two other deals also agreed in principle, and Millner and one other being pursued, IIRC (according to TH).

He has a buy out clause of £11m, so that is why it is basically a done deal!!

My mistake then, I thought I read that his contract ends start of June. Hence the chance for a pre contract. Never mind :) Too much for me to try and take in over the last week or two

From what I have heard Boateng still is under contarct, but with a buy out clause. Apparently, they offered him a new contract in February without a buy out clause, but he turned it down.

not having another go honest can you just explain to me the reasoning behind posting in the way you do ie the vagueness, if i was given inside info by someone and asked not to repeat it i would operate in a completely different way to yourself, just trying to figure out your mindset thats all

Ignore them mate!!

I find it funny when people bring up the Kaka transfer with you has some proof you got it wrong, when in fact events have since proved that you were right in that he was willing to come to us. I can understand why you won't name names now after the way that transfer developed.
