It's Quiet the £250m return

True but most fans are fickle and have spent most of the season hammering Bernardo and Gundogan (wtih good reason) for being past it etc but now a couple of good weeks and its all fine? We will always remember these two with huge fondness but they need gone! Dont forget as well that Bernardo has wanted out for two seasons as well?
I think to call it a couple of good weeks is really unfair. I think we’ve won 7 and drawn 3 of our last 10 league games. And Bernardo in tandem with Kova in centre mid in the semi final at Wembley was one of the most impressive performances I’ve witnessed all season.

I’m not disputing that amongst the 3 players there may be movement out, and if that happens so be it/we move on/it is what it is etc etc. And that may be the right thing mate.
But what I am saying is that my emotions as a supporter are that it would be a shame.

Who is rudolph? Why everyone is bigging him up? What am I missing?

Not so much telling players they must leave but they should...

The club has meetings today and tomorrow with the playing staff.

The World Cup is our big piece of leverage. This is why Pep said it could be difficult because we have players under contract, which ultimately offers all the protection to the player.

Stones
Eddie
Ortega
Gundo
Ake
Bernardo
Gundo
Grealish
McAtee
Walker
Phillips
Nunes.

All can find new clubs if they are open to offers.

There will be number of pay-offs and fee cutting.

I think we need to be prepared for more than people think, although I can't call if those with 12 months left, like Bernie, Stones, Jack, Gundo, Ortega and Eddie will just sit tight.

They won't play and that's where they have a decision to make.

It's another reason why Soriano and Txiki delivered the bad news to KDB. Pep just doesn't have the heart to tell people they aren't wanted anymore after he did it with Sergio.

Stones, Ake, Ortega, Grealish, Nunes and Bernardo will definitely have World Cup aspirations so if they aren’t going to play they’ll look for a move.

Of that group only Bernardo is going play regularly but you wonder if he will finally get a move after looking to leave a few summers in a row. That said his recent comments and form suggest he’s up for fight.

Gundogan I wouldn’t be surprised if he stays unless he’s decided to finish up in Turkey.

Kovacic supposedly had offers from Saudi last summer and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them resurface. I wonder whether we let him go without a fight.

I think all of us ,including me, are forgetting the homegrown rule. We potentially losing jack stones ake carson mcatee? Thats 5 homegrown gone. All our links are to reijnders ait nouri now ashari. How we gonna sort this homegrown shite
Stones would be world class if he wasn't so injury prone, Ake has hamstrung problems & Jack seems to have fell out of favour with Pep. Carson could still cover his coaching role & be 3rd keeper. We could easily cover those position with academy players especially if we revert back to Pep having 17 quality players who don't miss major chunks of the season

Guehi/Branthwaite, Livramento & MGW :p

Bah seems to have played brilliantly both for Valladolid and Lens this season. Sounds like we found a real bargain at £5m. If Akanji stays it means that Khusanov, Reis and Bah would be 4th, 5th and 6th choice CBs. For their development, I think Akanji should find himself a new club. It would be an awful mistake to potentially lose Khusanov, for only to fit in Akanji who`s shown he`s not good enough time and again. Khusanov looks like he could be one of our best CBs ever IMO, and I hope Pep puts him back in the squad quickly
Whilst we all would love the lad to succeed at City, especially after some of the disgraceful media coverage after his debut, this seems a bit of a stretch!

The only 2 out of all those I'd be slightly upset to lose would be Bernardo and Eddie.

Bernardo stepped up in the second half of the season. Ederson has cost us this season and hid head was clearly elsewhere BUT that seemed to improve in the last 8 to 10 games

Ake and Stones are absolutely elite players BUT never fit enough
