Probably many that have moved after a long time at a big club and went on to see out their career at a smaller club David Silva would have.Which player do you know that has taken a big pay cut to play? Genuinely can’t think of one.

Ake and Akanji are still well under contract, and Guardiola is going to need experience at the back, especially as we’re still short of fullbacks and Gvardiol’s duties are split.
