Maybe I’m not sure when he leaves. It must be soon.I wonder if Txiki is working on the outgoings as Viana is with the squad in the states.
Viana will still be dealing away wherever he is.

He can play there but he would be a bit wasted. Not blessed with pace but great centrally destroying low blocks. And Cherki
McAtee could be off/sold to Leverkusen - just dont think he took his chance well enough last year. ...Winger I’d have thought we are more than covered, Doku, Savinho, Foden, Bobb, McAtee can all be used there.
Stones is back just in time for internationals at the start of the season where he will go to it - returned injured and then that is him done again! - like clockworkWell as of Monday we have 77 days of the transfer window so we might as well look forward to one more signing even if they don’t materialise.
Pep will find out a lot about his squad in the CWC…even Stones is back!
You have a point he does seem to prioritise England.Stones is back just in time for internationals at the start of the season where he will go to it - returned injured and then that is him done again! - like clockwork
That’s the pointThat doesn't add up.
Also leaves Doku and Savio as real impact subs that can change the shape of our team if it isn't working.Am I wrong or did we play 4-2-2-2 last season? If we continue with that then I can see Marmoush and Haaland as the two up top with Cherki and Foden as the two tens.
Reijnders and Rodri as the double pivot. In that formation that sounds dangerous. Full of control and threat with Ait Nouri going down the left
Why right back ?Right back and winger imo.
kova braindead, you are talking shite, proper streetwise footballer, that has played at the very top level .I have my new toys in O'Reilly and Nico Gonzalez already TYVM.
I trust them and Rodri more than a braindead Kova to move the ball upfield while not turning it over!
Why right back ?
We have soo many defenders and there are are at least 4/5 players (rico, akanji, khusanov, nunes, stones) who can play right back and above that they are not going anywhere.
you are having a mare mate , it wasnt a fuckup he meant to stop the bournemouth player, we needed a win, that foul help us get that result , as for pep looking happy, he sometimes doesn't look happy when we've won.How convenient for your agenda to omit any mention of his stupid fuckup red card vs Bournemouth?
Did Pep look happy to you?
The guy is just not good enough for City.
Just because we had to play him during a shit season.. doesn't mean we rely on him for when we want a good season.
Because none of them are full backs. And Lewis is nowhere near good enough.
You never failOur transfer window has peaked too soon, it's virtually over as regards to new signings but what a last week it was. Going to be a boring next couple of months re incoming speculation, thankfully we have the cwc to look forward to and see the new guys possibly play some minutes
Stones will leave, Akanji might leave, Khusanov IS a CB - just because he is fast doesn’t mean that he can play that position. Nunes is solid. Lewis is nowhere near good enough to be in any position for city. He is lucky that he is HG. AT and U21.Why right back ?

No, who’s on first.Who’s the right back
Hahahahaha class, made me laugh. Cheers mateNunes is solid.
Says who? The club have surely briefed Fabrizio Romano that we are on the lookout for a Right Back. If a deal is to be done, we are going to be there for a player in that position. Our transfer window has peaked too soon, it's virtually over as regards to new signings but what a last week it was.
