Zinchenko, yeah. Wouldn't really argue Angelino made it into the first team, myself.Zinchenko/Angelino?

Possibly.Doesn't make sense, he will be a better player in 12 months playing regularly somewhere than sat on our bench and playing league cup games. Then in 12 months he and we benefit.
For what it's worth (wider point rather than to you) don't think anyone is really suggesting Echeverri is dictating anything.Only if the conditions suit us, as Coatigan said. If they buy the player for 35m and develop him into a cracking player over 2-3 years, then bying him back for 50m may make sense. If he isn't worth, say, 70m in the market in 2-3 years, then he might not be good enough for City anyway.
Echeverri isn't in a position to dictate the conditions of the loan. We do what makes sense to both us and the player, not just the player.
I really don't think he was. But may end up playing out that way.He was a speculative buy with maybe a small profit in is as David Dickenson is likely to say.
Agree to a point, but if put of hundreds of loaned out players only one has broken through to the first team, I can safely say the odds are against him not necessarily 100 to 1 or as rigorous as that, but the likelihood isn't great. You can't calculate the odds without including the level of talent. How big of a talent Echeverri is is anyone's guess. If he really is a top, top talent, chances are he will play for us in 1-2 seasons. Personally, I rate him and think he will play for us, unless both Cherki and Foden are outstanding. Then it might be difficult to find a place for him. But it depends on the talent ultimately. If he shows his ceiling is higher than theirs, then he returns and starts.
We have to operate within the rules and within what is practical hence clubs like Roma can push, and reportedly are pushing on Echeverri.only option to buy should be 50m and we have buy back option for the same amount and a sell on!
Man City are in control of the player don’t matter how much his people are pushing for Roma we will do a deal for a loan that we are happy with!
Also pep be gone in two seasons, whoever the new manager going to be maybe he should be able to asses all the players. The new manager might want to play more attacking..
Ah sorry - I didn’t read it that way. I don’t think so because of the year he spent back on loan in Argentina means that he will not spend 36 months or three seasons in England & wales before turning 21 (or season on which he turns 21). However the regulations are not very clear and if you ask AI it couches it in terms of general & likelyYes I know this season, but I'm asking about if he stays in the PL will he qualify when he's 21 for the homegrown list as he was 18 in January.
Why would they want them if we don't?Pull a Brokelona..
Roma have an option to buy for 100 billion and it needs to be paid in 1 payment!
I'm tired of being taken as a mark for exploitation by all these other clubs who want our gems but don't want our older players putting us in the pickle we're in.

Some City fans think that City are always in control. I don't think we are here. We bought many players in Jan and June and now we are have to make some unpopular choices, and it will probably go to the wire as City look to minimise damage.
Ending a contract by mutual consent isn't a really thing though, it's very rare because it would be very expensive. Even then players might prefer to stay. Even if it could happen with say Gundogan it's very unlikey to happen with 3 or 4 players.Yeah we're gonna have to end contracts on mutual consent for a lot of players we want to move but finding no buyers.
Gotta keep the gems around.. don't make mistakes like Perrone and Palmer!

Therefore, while a player may be registered with an English or Welsh club while on loan abroad, that time spent playing in another country will likely not count towards fulfilling the criteria for becoming a homegrown player under the English Premier League or similar FA rules.
he needs to be told that he is going to again get limited minutes
What?I don't think City are especially rapacious but Mendy did have to go to a tribunal to get his wages. Player contracts are pretty byzantine.
Pep and the club bosses haven't thought about that, they don't know what to do.
You say that at the same time as reports are emerging that Roma and City are negotiating a loan with an option and City right to buy. That's not ideal at all and City are only considering it because we need to sell playersOf course we in control the lad signed a contract and if we want him to stay he will stay! But we know city always do what’s best for the player! Roma fine with no buy option! Because what is the actual point in buying a young player with so much potential then loan him straight away with them having an option to buy him for €35m?
