He will be played lw and is a massive upgrade on Martinelli
The sensible take.

You’d think so.I think very intriguing that Eze has gone to Arsenal because surely Spurs now turn back to Savinho.
Where would he improve us, genuinely?Annoying we were never interested, he’d have definitely improved us, he’s more effective than Savinho and Bernardo. Now yet another rival strengthens. Disappointing.

We can't buy everybody. Other teams are always going to strengthen like we are.Annoying we were never interested, he’d have definitely improved us, he’s more effective than Savinho and Bernardo. Now yet another rival strengthens. Disappointing.

Yes, apart from Marmoush, other signings look very bad. Money should have been spent on an RB rather than signing 3 CBs who are not in Pep's plansThat January window looks more of a mess by the day. Only Marmoush out of the five players signed had any real impact in last season and all it's done is to bloat the squad size. Now Pep desperately wants players to go after another five signings so far this window. I'll leave it to the experts but I personally think it's been poor planning
Pep won’t be here forever the club needed to secure the future.Yes, apart from Marmoush, other signings look very bad. Money should have been spent on an RB rather than signing 3 CBs who are not in Pep's plans
Nothing like Odegaard mate. He's a clone of their best player, Odegard, and 27. Decent enough, but he's at his ceiling and it doesn't move the needle for us.
Nothing like Odegaard mate.
Imo it’s a fucking superb signing for them.
If Liverpool get Isak and Arsenal get Eze, the top 10 transfers in the PL will be solely between the 3 red cartel.
That is a story, with A Villa/ Newcastle singing PL corrupt as fuck etc.
The media should be running with it, somehow doubt they will.
I think the exact opposite. I actually think the January window was the first window for a good few years where we have actually had a clear plan, and bought players for the future. We could've easily gone out and got someone like Murillo from Forest, but to bring in unknown quality like Reis and Khusanov showed to me that the board had a real plan in place to recruit for the future. It's not about the now as such, it's more about how the team looks in 2 seasons time. That January window looks more of a mess by the day. Playing as the main man, it’d be Grealish all over again. On the wing; more goals and assists than Doku, Sav or Bernardo.

Savinho 21 = 13 Brazil caps
Eze 27 = 11 England caps.
Eze has had two good seasons of football at the top level but he's no world beater. Comparing him to a 21 year old Savinho who already has more international caps despite being 6 years younger is laughable.
Bernardo Silva, have you forgotten what Bernardo has done for us? Eze shouldn't be named in the same sentence, isn't fit to Polish Bernardo's boots ffs.
Eze is a good player but fuck me he's no world beater and if he was more clubs than Arsenal and Spurs would have been in for him.
