Harder to move on than we thought? I suppose players are reluctant to leave if they're on great money that can't be matched elsewhere and if their families are quite settled. That's all I can think of really.

A lot of dominoes could still fall in this last week. Phillips and Kovacic being injured doesn't help. The surprising one is Ortega, I've heard no links whatsoever to him.

Yes, I saw that today. But even so, I thought I'd have heard the names of some clubs in the mix.

We could see a lot of Eze-style deals - ones that just come completely out of nowhere.

Kovacic and Philips are injured.
There have been rumblings re: Gundogan Ake and Akanji.
I'm guessing there is a lot of negotiation going on in the background
 
I'm so glad we didn't go for Wirtz now. 150mil and so far he's had 4 stinkers in 5 games (only good game was against a Japanese club). Lowest rated player on the pitch for Liverpool 2 games in a row.
 
Some players should have received the Grealish treatment: at home during the CWC, his agent knew he had to find him a way out.

Still can't understand Pep picking old players who didn't care about CWC

It’s clearly not him. Liverpool players are too slow to pass to him. It’s laughable they spent that money and haven’t instructed lads to feed him fast. Constantly open and passer never gives it.

He'd definitely be better with us, our playstyle fits him more but not our problem he chose the wrong club.
 
Palace has made an offer for Akanji. Seems Guehi wasn’t the only player of mention during the meeting. Could be legs to this.

We don’t have a right back! We have injury prone CBs with no pace. We are desperate for Rodders to come save us. Liverpool Arsenal Chelsea all have better squads. Doku Savio Nunes Rico Kovacic imho Marmoush don’t get anywhere near their squads. Add to that they look fitter and quicker
