The only way we get a right back is a release clause one from Spain or Portugal imo.
They’re generational talents though who you cannot replace, Aguero/Haaland aside. The spine used to be Ederson, prime Stones, prime Dias, Rodri, David Silva, de Bruyne and Aguero.
Or Hart, Kompany, Fernandinho, Yaya, David Silva, Sergio Aguero.
And that's forgetting a whole load of players.
Pretty fucking huge drop off if you ask me.
We're in transition. It isn't going to be smooth. We need to step back from day to day games in the season and consider whether the squad is strong enough.13th in the league, below the rags (amongst others) been beaten twice in 3 games already, playing as bad if not worse as last season, new heir to the throne and new signing injured for 2 months at least and no right back at the club........... the wheels have well and truly come off over the last 18 months and Pep cant sort it.
Or £80mill for LiveramentoThe only way we get a right back is a release clause one from Spain or Portugal imo.
I don't think we will bring anyone, except Donnarumma. At least I'm not getting my hopes up too much, there's no point in being disappointed. The only way we get a right back is a release clause one from Spain or Portugal imo.

Yamal is the most obvious one id say. Then probably Hakimi.Money no object, you can sign one player on deadline day to 'fix' our problems. Short term or long term.
Who would it be?
Some players can’t be replaced to the level they were.
Guardiola and the board have put this squad in a worse place than before he arrived.

Think focus today is on outgoins.Mendes is involved though so i wouldnt rule it out completely just yet.
Agreed but it's just not happening. We've just got to accept that we are where we are. Since the treble we've spent £600m and yet the squad is considerably worse.
The standards are on the fucking floor right now. Kyle Walker left the club in January and eight months later we're still playing Nunes and Lewis there.
Marmoush joined in January and is one of our highest earners and the guy literally cannot control the ball.
Genuinely what is the strategy with the goalkeepers. Why are we signing two for £60m in a summer where we don't have a right back?

Compared to Doku, Bobb or Savinho maybe. Compared to regular starters at other top clubs, I disagree.
