Not sure what experience has got to do with getting 90 plus points.

Injuries will play a big part this season for all, a lot of football in a short time, it will take it's toll.
Well our squad is deeper than the rest and simply put 90 points is very diffi ult and Pep is better than Lampard and Arteta who are both still learning their trade.

I can’t help but watch Barca with such interest now.
It reminds me of United once Fergie left and it fell apart. The fans seemed to think the class of 92 had all the answers and could fix it all.
Give giggs a job, get butt in to train the kids. Ask Neville what he thinks.

Barca seem to be heading down a similar route, it’s gone wrong. Right get Xavi in, give puyol a job! See if pep wants to come back.

They need someone to come in at the top with a vision and move it forward. Iv always been a big fan of fan owned clubs but after reading up on Barca it shows just how much politics and how many things are being decided with the heart and not the head.

You can jog on with that Barca exceptionalism bullshit. You sound like a Liverpool fan with their ‘this means more’ nonsense.
‘Mes que un club’ is just a self-serving marketing slogan. Nothing more. To pretend otherwise is delusional.
The fans of every club from Rochdale to Racing Santander believe their club to be special

Right back at ya

I did not say club's do not or should not consider themselves special, that was your erroneous conclusion. I simply pointed out, Barca is not like most others and certainly not as the OP posited 'same at every other club'.

Spot on. Get ready for the abuse.

Ha ha I know it will come but it's all about opinions. That's what I see, not everyone will agree. We need upgrades in some key positions and if we stand still we will be overtaken by the chasers and fall further behind the dippers.

No real surprises in regards to the lack of support from his teamates but after their heavy defeat to Bayern they should be criticised along with the current board. However it should of been kept out the interview (despite it being a highly toxic environment)

He will leave us, take a year or 2 out, then coach in Italy, quite possibly Roma if Friedkin can push them up from 5th to 2nd/3rd. Fonseca is already the perfect coach to prepare for Pep.

Don't think he'll choose Juventus. Don't think Milan are good enough but if they get investment then I could definitely see him enjoying bringing them back.

I think he will have some time off when he leaves here.

But I think the timing of that will be decided by what happens this season. If he can't motivate the team he'll be off but if a rebuild looks on the cards, he'll sign up for it.

Sure it is
Haha, I think you need to chill out with the whole “I’m a Cule, it means more” shite.

You’re on a forum with fans that have tended to support this club for decades with zero success, following it down to the 3rd division and to the brink of extinction.

In a city with a vastly more successful club and surrounded by people constantly shoving it in your face, but we’ve stuck with City as for most of us, our families have followed the club for generations.

Don’t be naive enough to come on here and assume because you pay your €20 subscription fee to be a “Cule” that it “means more” to you than the average City fan. You have absolutely no idea.

You look at how Arsenal, Chelsea and the rags are starting to strengthen and improve. Throw a couple of additions into the dippers squad and if we don't add another two or three top quality signings ourselves this season we will be second best again. At minimum we need a top quality centre back and defensive midfield player. Both of these need pace and power due to our system. We have lost Silva, Ferns legs have gone, Rodri and Gundogan are too slow and as promising as Foden is he is a couple of years from being the answer just yet. Up front we need something different and a bit more physical to unsettle defences. Aguero has it but he's not getting any younger and if he's injured we miss him a lot. Our goals scored looks great but that is mainly due to hammering the likes of Watford. Last season was a wake up call, hopefully the powers that be will heed it.
Rodders was in his first season, why write him off already ? we looked terrible in midfield because the whole team stopped defending from the front , we press like mad against madrid and hey presto we win ,we have Ake and Torres , two positions we needed filling ,looks like Kali will get done , i have a feeling replacing Sergio will be next summer, getting leo would have solved our goal scoring problems, when it matter in a tight game I mean ,we are in good shape going into next season , aside from pre-season , the dippers have played several games already but it is where you finish not where you start I guess

Not long enough apparenty and there are plenty of examples beyond yourself that demonstrates that to be the case

Then, again, you've demonstrated having learned little - trust in Pep and what he says

I can see it with my own eyes. The environment he works under now is like fucking paradise compared Barca. And as for Pep and his fibs "Messi will never leave Barcelona" ....Yet only two days ago he was looking at his just eat app for chippies in Beswick.
