This may be a long shot but do you think City are thinking about using the academy more, Tommy Doyle new contract now looks to be in the first team , Jayden Braaf in the first team , Eric Garcia first team , Phil foden first team. seems like we are using the academy alot more. if you look at midfield its now KDB , Gundogan, Phil foden , Bernardo , Tommy Doyle , Rodri.
