Just joking - but this view did not last wellOther teams are in the same situation with Covid and lack of proper preseason. Doesn't seem to have effected them as much.
We looked tired and unfit last season too.

i think it’s a few extra days not weeks but could be wrong.

Ake can do a job at LB but when he's needed as cover at CB that's when we are weak. Mendy can't be relied upon to do a solid job for us.Aké can do a job. Only an additional attacker or midfielder would do but that too is workable for now. Just need to up intensity and we should be fine.

Yes, if we need to use Ake at centre back for a period that’s when we might miss a left back . Hopefully Laporte will be reliable. Though January isn’t too far away in an emergency.Ake can do a job at LB but when he's needed as cover at CB that's when we are weak. Mendy can't be relied upon to do a solid job for us.

I’d be happy if we got cover for our injured players but fear we won’t - but that’s just my opinion - I don’t know :) :)
Yeah i dont think we will either but bigger suprises have happened before
