They were lucky against Leeds who should of at least drawn, the same Vs Arsenal so tonight’s result isn’t a huge shock. The score is clearly but I think they’ve been riding their luck not only this season so far but a lot of last season too. They are not this invincible force they or their fans think they are. This could rock them now.

True, and I genuinely believe the hysteria and hype caused by other fans actually galvanises them. Then results like tonight will hurt them big time and other teams better than Villa will now go in to their games with belief rather than fear. In my opinion of course.

Might just be the season of the underdog, I would probably put 5 on Everton and Aston villa, hey, who knows?

Once we get Agüero and Jesus back Cancelo/walker and Ake/Mendy/new LB(if possible) . We have a decent chance to fight and win it. Everton and villa are going to drop points sooner than later.

He doesnt know like everyone else - he may be right but not cause he knows but because its a 50-50 chance and he invariably goes with the potential negative outcome

the fact that some teams are doing last minute deals (Utd possibly getting 2 in Cavani and Telles, Wolves have just got Alt Nouri on loan) means that anything is possible -though we dont normally go for loans

If we had signed a top leftback this window, I believe the title would be ours to lose. Obviously Liverpool are not balanced right now and we should take full advantage of it.

This squad is very capable, with Dias signed and a resurgent Mendy the season should bring more silverware imo

I’d be happy if we got cover for our injured players but fear we won’t - but that’s just my opinion - I don’t know :) :)

Aké can do a job. Only an additional attacker or midfielder would do but that too is workable for now. Just need to up intensity and we should be fine.
