Yeh I read that, guessing there's going to be a long line of suitors for him next summer.

Nothing stopping us going in for him now though and including Angelino as part of the deal..

Yes, I know but it’s usually done as a joke with a comment as well , to change it to say something he never said is odd, at best. Especially when it makes other posters think he’d said it.

problem is is that Messi has to signal he wants to leave and there is a very good chance he is using us to get what he wants at Barca (whatever that is -money, manager, politics or all 3)
