So this could end up in a legal battle between both clus then?

Where would that leave Messi?

Im not liking where this could end up.

Cannot imagine it would have got this far, especially publicly, if the legalities of his contract release were still unclear.

If we havent made an approach to him (and it sounds like Messi's camp have approached us) then what can they do -they cant do us for anything at all as we have instigated anything by the sounds of it...

It will be Messi vs Barca in the court Im guessing.
