Look at the size of her arse compared to that football.

She must be huge.

Anyhow, are we fucking Moonchester off for this new mascot then ?
Brazilian beauty Suzy, who was blocked by Messi on Instagram for bombarding him with saucy pictures in 2016, is already planning a revealing photo shoot in Man City's kit if they land the forward.

Her twitter is, ahem,!interesting...

Not sure I like the sound of this deal.
£375k a week - no problem
But then we’re giving him £180m of shares on top, plus any players we’ll be giving Barca too.
might as well just give him his £1m a week.
Or am I missing something?
thought sponsorship would cover his wages?

If we manage to get this over the line I don't see us paying or giving them any players as he will be a free transfer giving him shares will cover a huge signing on fee and the extra revenue we get from having him play for us will more than cover his wages.

Did you read it? I think it’s a pretty good article.

Statement: City’s problem is defence: TRUE

Statement: City’s weakness is without the ball: TRUE

Messi is not known for running his ass off in games anymore and press the opposition, so no matter how excellent he is at attack, our pressing would get worse with him on the field, something a side like Liverpool could take advantage off. On the positive side, Messi with his insane skills will probably unlock most teams we’ll face.

If he in fact join us, it’ll be VERY interesting to see how Guardiola would handle Messi when realizing we’re lacking press up front. Can we expect him to run his legs off until he’s 35?

Messi is a wonderful footballer, but not all of his attributes will be beneficial.
That's not the point. City close to Messi and it's Whataboutery.

I'd argue that our problem last season was actually just putting the ball in the net at important moments, which as it happens, Lionel Messi is quite good at.

And conceding goals at important moments, which he can't do anything about.

One of my misgivings about signing Messi, is Pep doing a Pellegrini & forgetting about building anything, just cashing in on trophies & then fucking off, with Messi.

There is no reason we can't put the same effort into fixing the defensive play, as well as the attacking play.

We see with Barca now, what you end up with if you neglect the other parts of the team.

We won’t be giving Barça a penny, nor are we giving Messi any. He’ll get shares that can be cashed in when he leaves, I assume based on targets etc. If he completes his co tract with us then £180m will seem like nothing when we have made much much more off him being here.

IF he comes and IF he gets paid a portion of his income via equity, it's a MASTERSTROKE. Increased sponsorship revenue will come in to the club WITHOUT significant associated expense. Creating increased profit and supporting future transfers.

However, not sure how FFP addresses the issue of player salary/compensation coming from a back ended share call option. On the surface I'd guess FFP has never thought of this.
