Need another midfielder imo if Messi doesn’t join or else Gundogan is basically first choice.Dial back two weeks before any of this happened and ask the same question and most people would probably say yes. Whether or not Messi arrives shouldn't change that view IMO.
Or not? I guess we'll have to wait and see.And if that's the case, they may have messed up.
More possibly a striker, depends upon Kuns knee.Need another midfielder imo if Messi doesn’t join or else Gundogan is basically first choice.
I don't want to do it then, that is peak messi numbers£96m a year? That will be in the ballpark.
It just won't all go down as salary.
Yes, we would be a winger and 2 centre backs better off than last year, 3 with Laporte. Will that give us the extra 15 points. Think so myself. If we end up with just Torres Ake and Koulibaly would anyone be happy?
Next season maybe once Sergio leaves. However, Delap looks a real player in the academy.More possibly a striker, depends upon Kuns knee.

Speak for yourself with that colorful face make up and a fucking red nose. It's becoming a circus act, we don't want a circus at the club, we have a couple of defensive clowns but not a circus.
IF the Messi deal is off, I think we will go for a striker, that was a bad injury for Kun at his age, may take a bit out of him.Next season maybe once Sergio leaves. However, Delap looks a real player in the academy.
The bookies mateSays who?
Lets be honest. Everything being said and written right now is 95% speculation.
We all have our own take on the situation.
My gut feeling is Jorge is negotiating the biggest deal for his son at barca that will keep him there beyond his playing days and may involve a coaching role, ambassadorial role even a future presidential role.
Will that include him moving to the premier league to fulfil a dream first ?
Nobody really knows.
I apologise for my opinion on the situation.
by the way - I`d love him at city for a couple of seasons. Who wouldn`t
Lmao Messi and Gundogan related? How?Need another midfielder imo if Messi doesn’t join or else Gundogan is basically first choice.
I hate it. Makes it worst that these people are most likely grown menWhy do people love posting...
“That’s that then”
“Nice while it lasted”
Is it some form of self comfort in case he doesn’t come? If so it won’t help with actual disappointment if he stays at Barca.
It doesn’t add anything of use to the thread. If you can’t take the ups and downs of the transfer window stay off it.
Or is it so you could say “I told you so” if it goes against us?
Just wait and see.
Right now Barca have won nothing and they only win anything if he signs a new contract with them. What they have done already is absolutely ruin an opportunity to remain respectful and professional to their best ever player and that will never be forgotten.
Think next season our best left back will be Ake. Though a fit Mendy in games we need a more attacking left back would play his part. Not quite, mate.
We need a LB as well as a CB. As much as Mendy is a likeable character he is not good enough against the top sides and neither is Zinchenko. Cancelo is the best of the three but we could get a more natural LB IMO.
Not up to youI don't want to do it then, that is peak messi numbers

midfield would still be slow as fuck thoughYes, we would be a winger and 2 centre backs better off than last year, 3 with Laporte. Will that give us the extra 15 points. Think so myself.
