I think my frustration, but I should know better as it’s just not us, is that I wish we were just a bit more ruthless when it came to transfers, instead of fannying around as usual.

People forget that we’ve got to shift players to free up room for incomings, which is a ball ache when clubs only come calling late in the window when they know they can pull our pants down.

The Garcia/Otamendi/Zinchenko transfers out, in a perfect world, would have been done by now and we’d have potentially shifted Stones too.

Then the incomings would be easy.
I think we all know that it is difficult to move on some of our players because of the high wages they are on.

My issue is that it doesn't appear like the club really has a plan A, B or C when it comes to a centerback option, which is disheartening. Who are the options? Who are we actively chasing? God knows.

Man Utd finished 3rd. Liverpool walked it. Take a look at the number of points that 3rd and 4th finished with, and the state that Arsenal and Spurs were in. Even Chelsea fell apart defensively. A team like Leicester who are reliant on an ageing Vardy almost sneaked 4th.

Pretty disgraceful that’s been allowed to happen.

serious question- has Mansour had enough ?

Of course he has mate. Back to division 2 we go with a nick knack paddy whack why don’t the scum fuck of home?

Putrid smell on here today. Scum and rag Infestation me thinks.

If you think the league is less competitive now compared to when Fergie was mopping up, just wow

We should be all over this. Swap him with Garcia and get the centre back in as needed

The apex predator should prosper in an environment like that.

We're not an apex predator, never have been. We're a mid level creature that tries to get by living off things apex predators don't want, then if they challenge us for it we get beaten to it comfortably. Must be 16/17 when we last went toe to toe competitively in the transfer market with a rival and won. Since then we only strike if we can get in and out before anyone else gets to the table or pick off the scraps nobody else wants.

Leicester should have took 4th at least, they had a great 2019 but an awful 2020

We could be an apex predator because we have the coach, the squad, the finance, the stadium, the league.

Yes, a quality one. I'm shocked they've considered letting him go considering how highly he's rated.
Barca are in tatters atm with Messi etc and the magic and appeal may be dissapearing of pulling on that maroon and blue jersey and walking out at the Camp Nou with the first team. Who knows.
