So is no one here still of the opinion that 2 shit games under the worst manager england has had in 20 years don't actually negate how good he's been the entire season, finished top goalscorer & top assists with a team that finished 7th?

I would still absolutely love harry kane at city and couldn't care less how shit he's looked for england. Think about how ineffective foden was yesterday, does he look like that for city? Absolutely not, because we actually have a decent manager. Take a deep breath.
Recency bias. If Griezman bangs in a hat trick this afternoon you can guarantee there will be a thread advocating swapping him for Bernardo, Aymeric, Cancelo, Mahrez, Pete the Badge and Tits Out Jackie

Top tier players, certainly strikers, are always confined to just a small handful, irrespective of when Sergio was coming to the end of his time with us.

If anything, it is extremely rare to have players such as Haaland, Kane and Messi even up for the possibility of moves at the same time.

City have had more than eight months preparing for every eventuality, so I'm pretty certain they already know where we stand and have agreed personal terms with all three.
The fact you mentioned about specific time line is making me moist .
My washing machine is full ;)

He tripped himself over his back foot?
It looked like that from one angle, but from the other the defender stood on him first.

He's woefully out of form and I'm therefore amazed he's been chosen for England when Grealish could start out there, or Foden with Sancho on the right. Unfortunately, I think he'll get the blame in the media which will do nothing to help his confidence.
