Ajax and West Ham have reportedly reached an agreement over the transfer of Nicolas Tagliafico. A transfer of €12 million for 4 years.
Thought his performances have been at least par with a few glimpses of something special. I suspect even established premier league players take time to absorb and consolidate what Pep teaches. His head must be mashed with the pace of our passing game, the positional stuff and the pressing expectations. If he works hard and stays professional/humble, Grealish has a high ceiling for improvement as his basics are already solid. I look forward to seeing him alongside ‘little Phil’ and Kevin. Frightening….Genuinely not sure about Grealish.
Really like his personality on the pitch, has a real edge to him, something we have lacked, but still not sure as a player, still very early days.
But at best we have stood still and the others are a lot stronger.
