Well with most expecting a signing, and the itks claiming a signing is expected, surely signing nobody would qualify as a surprise, im which case he may well be right with this one.

Pretty easy thing for him to say isn't it. There are always some random deals so he just says "crazy things" and then claims credit for clairvoyance on anything unexpected.
