It’s this type of talk that leads to the comments we get about city - £150 million is a lot of money for MCFC, and indeed for CFG.

Both are self sustaining businesses so it’s got to be assessed from that basis - our owner is not going to be just bunging 150 million in to cover the bills.

just posted a similar comment. I’m surprised OUR fans think we can spend what we want because our owner is rich. Surely everyone knows we are bound by FFP!

I was actually replying to a poster who said we won’t get him due to lack of a ‘return’ and I was making the point that the return could be trophies.

think we misunderstood your comment. It sounded as if you thought £150m was nothing to the Sheik so we should just buy him. :). :)
