I very much doubt Grealish signs that 5 year contract without either a release clause or an agreement that he wouldn’t be priced out of a move. Grealish seems like the much simpler deal to get across the line. Levy will dig his heels in to extract the absolute maximum. I can’t see that being completed any time soon.
