Well people on here kept telling me what a great player Koulibaly was, even though he looked like Bambi on rollerskates for the 12 months, prior?

I'm not sure we 'lucked out' on Dias?

Maybe we did, as Kounde was also approached, but I'll take that kind of luck every day of the week.

We’ve got a world class management team backed up by all necessary specialists. They’re much better placed to know which players will best align with our playing style, team dynamic, ethics & behaviours.
Our opinions are steered by the hype in the media and the pantomime on Twitter & Facebook etc. while those that have to make decisions are properly informed.

There’s a massive clamour on here for Haarland but would he fit in well with us or turn out to be the next Andy Carrol?

It’s fun to guess at who we’ll get and what they’ll be like but logic dictates that we put our trust in the professionals employed to manage our recruitment.
