I would think 3 weeks as a minimum.
Well, regardless, we can still look forward to transfer activity, outgoings even. As for incomings, won't be that difficult really, if a move is sorted it can happen whenever. If we aim to target anyone aside Kane that is.

I would give them 6 weeks, we and they will benefit long term, those England guys, especially Sterling, Stones and Walker have played a crazy amount of football the last 3 years.
More than that I think. Will be interesting to see who pops up at training this week. Portugal were knocked out 2 weeks ago.
