Disregard the recent statements by MEN Pete Spencer.

We are spending - it could go as far as a splurge - solely depending on Ade and somebody else.

I'd go as far as saying £60m IMO purely based on the situation above.

C'MON!!

How about your whole interpretation being wrong! ;)

There is a saviour, nowt wrong with a Blue Christmas, eh! Certainly better than a red one.

And why can't the apocalyspe toll for our many critics!

And please forget Bale!!

I think the latest 3 clips relate to this!

1st clip is the "somebody else" has agreed to leave.
2nd clip means it'll be a spurge and que "blue christmas".
3rd clip is directed towards our critics.

yey or ney?

These clues dont make good reading to me.

Saviours day - "Open your eyes on Saviour's Day, Don't look back or turn away, Life can be yours if you'll only stay"... indicates that someone is leaving. Saviour might mean top player, could be Tev, Ballo or even the saviour of English football Adam Johnson. Could also mean Bobby Manc though

Blue Christmas - "I'll have a Blue Christmas without you, I'll be so blue just thinking about you". Follow up on the above. Basically someone is going, and were going to be gutted.

Apocalypse Now - Are you going to find out some home truths, club secrets with this move?

Tolmie, give me somthing positive to change my mind about this FFS!!!

I read them all as positive especially Blue Xmas, thats got to be a good thing, makes me laugh how some city fans always fear the worse. Tevez wont leave in Jan thats for sure, summer maybe, 1 day definatley, but not Jan.

-- Tue Dec 07, 2010 5:55 pm --

Tolmies status has been like that for a few days now, How about tears of JOY?

i was thinking saviours day = Jesus Navas?

Id love it to mean Torres though.

I don't care who we sign, if we even sign anybody that is!, as long as its not bloody Henderson from Sunderland!

The only 'saviour' from a target we've been linked to is possibly Torres.

Then again, he could be trying to make us stick a tenner on Shearer getting the Newcastle job. :)

there is nothing in the luiz article that suggests luiz actually said he would prefer us?
unless i missed something?

and is Llorente one of our targets? ive heard people talk about him but i wasnt aware he was actually a target

Ok heres a guess at the latest clues.

Saviours Day = Christmas No1 =goalkeeper = Shay Given gone

Elvis = The King which I hope means the top player for some other team rather than Tevez

Apocalypse Now - the end of the world for somebody. Tolmie says 'better than a red Christmas' in reference to the Elvis clue, hopefully end of the world for a team that plays in red then.
