Its Wednesday!!

everyone seems to be creaming themselves over strikers at the mo.
IMO we need to get a LB and RB in, sort the midfield out then start looking for a replacement for RSC!
ade and tevez did just fine last year, why do we need to splash out on £30/40million strikers?

agree we should be looking to strengthen our full back positions and center midfield think we can get away with the rb position next season zaba done a excellent job last season and is the kind of player we need in our team but left back and someone to play alonside de jong are in need of urgent attetion

-- Wed May 19, 2010 10:19 am --

They'll be fine. Against shit teams they could play all 3 of Xavi, Iniesta and Fabregas, with Xavi as the deeper of the 3, just controlling the game as he always does. Pedro on the left, Messi on the right, Villa down the middle. If they feel they need a holding midfielder, say Busquets for example (Yaya will probably leave, maybe as part of the Fabregas deal), they can play Busquets, Xavi and Fabregas in the centre, and play Iniesta from the left with a licence to come infield. Their left back, say Maxwell, will bomb forward maintaining the width. Of course, in other games, Guardiola may choose to play a holding midfielder with Pedro on the left, in which case, 1 of the 3 would be rested. But this would be an easily manageable situation. Guardiola has regularly rotated Barca's midfield in the past. It's nothing they are not used to. Xavi/Iniesta will not leave.

This isnt going to be popular but from now on, any poster on this board who comes on with the clear intent of flaming another blue for daring to post any transfer news, speculation, gossip or rumours is going to get his post reported.

Sick of seeing the sarcastic abuse dished out to those kind enough to share snippets of info with those of us that want to hear it.

Lots of other boards for those of you that seem hell bent on destroying the fun on this one!

So, if somebody disagrees with a statement about a nailed on transfer, etc they are unable to say so because they will be reported? Sounds a little draconian on a discussion forum.
For the record, the guy was not even that offensive, just a bit cheeky.
Oh and whilst I'm at it, the number of posts has nothing to do with anybody's authority to post opinions.

Just found it funny that someone with such a small post count could judge someone when they probably dont know them to well. Maybe people should try to get to know a poster before they judge. Its amazing what you'll learn about the person and it's quite possible that your opinion would change.

But there are some on here that think its good to be cheeky, offensive etc without knowing who they are talking to.
