ITV coverage last night

I think you overreacting guys. I also watched ITV4 coverage and saying that commentators were "biased towards Poznan" is a huge exaggeration. Lech played very good game and was better team so I don`t see anything inappropriate that those guys expressed their astonishment towards City and salute towards Lech. Try to imagine 3:0 for City and you think those guys would be moaning about City? Don`t think so...
 
No idea what you are waffling on about there, hate to break it to you mate this is England not Poland. Nobody is denying that Poznan played well all we are saying is that the British commentators were anti city and anti British. If you can find any other game where this happens I would be very surprised.

No I was just saying anti-City, I don't think they were particularly pro Poznan either UltraPoland, just very very anti City. Tyldesley was close ot orgasm for the first goal, we know he's united, but if he is, he shouldn't be commentating if he can't be at the very least impartial.

You are not alone, we have the same thing in Poznań, fortunately, but only in some league matches. Most of Lech Poznań matches comment journalists who don't like Lech and this is clearly "audible" specially when journalists are from Warsaw ;). Once, when the Polish team matches in European Cups broadcast on public television, one guy commented all matches .... polish supporters sing to/about him when Legia was losing "Szpakowski where is that Legia" becouse he is a Legia fan and never managed to hide it, pathetic and unprofessional. Fortunately, now that matches broadcast other (private) TV & We can watch matches calmly with active voice ;)

Now I'm dowloading Lech-City match from ITV4 to find out what you are talking about.

I wasn`t expecting that my post can lead to even nationalistic tensions ;)

I agree with some points in your post, but again expecting that commentators will be delighted when your team plays not very well is a little bit peculiar.
Maybe they havn`t been as pro City as you could anticipate but they wern`t pro Lech as well.

PS. is this ITV coverage available on demand/to download somehow, somewhere?
