I've become a part time plane spotter

A bit late , but

RIP Antonov An-225 Mriya

There’s apparently a semi-completed 2nd one - was featured on ‘Abandoned engineering’ TV program a few years ago - excellent series.
The building it was being stored in didn’t inspire confidence - nor can I remember where in Ukraine it was.

Just drove by the local municipal airport and there’s a RAF DC3 parked up right by the road, flew in yesterday

I live in Haughton Green which is on the approach to the airport so they come directly over our House at about 2,300 feet, and just lately they seem to becoming in a lot earlier and with the warm weather and windows open its a pain in the arse

Didn't know planes had windows that open

This was at Barton last night, Missed it taking off by about 20 mins.

I'm addicted to flightradar24, for years I've always wondered where that plane over head is going. I'm quite lucky as I'm under the transatlantic flight path for high altitude flights and flights circling to land into Manchester.
