I'm addicted to flightradar24, for years I've always wondered where that plane over head is going. I'm quite lucky as I'm under the transatlantic flight path for high altitude flights and flights circling to land into Manchester.

Huge activity all week out of Leeming North Yorks. Three went over this morning in formation, they must have been just meters apart pretty amazing. F18s I was told.

Nearest plane in the air from me is about 40 miles east of here, small private. Very quiet

On the flight path too,saw a Wamos Air go over today, not seen them before but then again I've just started wearing specs!

I remember post 9/11 it was wild the amount of military planes we'd see in west Texas. Seeing mutiple C-5's in the air at the same time is a really bizarre sight, almost alien invasion-esque

Flight radar is great. Always a big military flying over at night usually over the east of England

Manchester airport has become so busy that planes are now stacking up like they do when arriving at London.

An Avro Lancaster just went over Manchester from the Blackpool air show. Over Yorkshire now . Might keep an eye on Flightradar for other possible sightings

Flew low right over my house in Poynton, circled Woodford once, then flew off.

Heard this plane go over Salford not long ago and thought it sounded a bit low and loud. It' appears to be having trouble getting out of the area.
