I've watched him closely. I don't rate him anywhere near as much as most on hereHe’s only behind KDB in the chances created list I believe. Whilst in an average team. Choose to have a go at the fee, for a highly thought of English player with years on his contract and it’s why it’s a lot. Ben white got signed today for 50 mil, is grealish worth double him? Anyone who understands football would say so. Can twist it anyway whilst comparing to fees paid a number of years ago: it’s pointless. I just hope the idiots supports him if he joins.

British record fee for Grealish...what a complete joke.
Not quite on a par with Sanchez to United but not far.
Will be selling him back to Villa or to his beloved rags
next Summer for half the fee. Whilst Villa use Grealish
money to bid 140m for Kane, forcing City to pay 150m
Better buying Ward Prowse for less than half and half
wages and watch him bang free kicks and penalties in
which would make better real difference to our current
poor quality in those areas
