Ederson says hi....Got to be the most handsome side in world footie now Jackie boy’s turned up,until Harry turns up and spoils it ; )
I'm not sure why so many pundits, think Pep and Txiki don't know what type of players fit our style of play. Now it's possible transfers can not work out because players don't live up to expectations, but players Pep buy don't fail because it turns out he didn't understand the player or how his team plays.A lot of pundits who clearly don't watch city are all extremely sure this is a bad purchase by city, because his creativity and directness won't fit our "possession heavy" style of play. this is a really stupid misunderstanding of how city plays. Our game is in fact highly dependent on someone to bring a change of pace after tiring the opponents with patient precision passing. It's way mahrez is so successful in his role. It's why sterling, when he lacked confident in the latter half of the season, looked poor (he couldn't bring himself to make those incisive, risky plays).
Grealish fits this mold perfectly.
Woooooossssshhhhh!!!Delph
What would they gain by just making that up? It’s clearly getting done but grealish isn’t in Manchester just yet.Well if Sky Sports News are saying it, it must be true.
They think they have seen him from a distance...What would they gain to just make that up? It’s clearly getting done but grealish isn’t in Manchester just yet
Imminently imminent or just imminent?Pretty much everyone saying it's imminent, he's either travelling to Manchester or already here and his medical/signing will be today and/or tomorrow. Except Sky who are claiming he's still training with Villa.
Is this the same pundits who said:A lot of pundits who clearly don't watch city are all extremely sure this is a bad purchase by city, because his creativity and directness won't fit our "possession heavy" style of play. this is a really stupid misunderstanding of how city plays.
