Need gluten free for the full house.(medical reasons excluded)It's those that do it for the latest fad that bug me. Espresso drinking if you don't like milk is the way ahead.

I'm also Wheat Intolerant, almost Gluten, but not quite!
my son wins though, as he is allergic to peanuts, and has to go everywhere with his Epipen.
Can be a bit messy when we go to restaurants
