My 30 year old niece who is a diehard rag, has just publicly posted on a facebook about a picture of Jack in a City shirt. Saying she needs to swap teams now!

I don't think I'm disagreeing with anything you mentioned, but I do think Grealish could become more marketable than probably any other English player since Beckham.

No I don't think he'd get to that level. But this move is huge for him and opens up a lot of possibilities.

Of course, he needs to perform at a very high level for any of this to be possible.
