Grealish is an outstanding talent, a throwback to Rodney Marsh and Stan bowles. Great first touch. Vision, and strength.
But like Balotelli did ,he goes to ground when he could progress play. He goes to ground when fairly tackled, those are weaknesses.
I think you need to see his weaknesses, aswell as championing his strengths.

He isnt faultless by any stretch,and id love him to cut out the cheating like every other player in the league,but it has become an acceptable part of the game unfortunately,and players like him are only exploiting that and taking full advantage.
What you get with Grealish is a player that nearly always makes a huge contribution to a game,he entertains and he is very effective.I don't believe you can have enough of that in a team....surely that has to be what everyone wants to watch every week?

Seems like some blues want us to be turning a little Raggy in our tactics and begin to play for set pieces.
If Grealish comes here he needs to get off his arse, stop diving and play to his considerable strengths.
If he doesn't sign for us there sure are going to be some smacked arse faces on here.
