Spreading a deadly virus kills people as well. Just because it's a bit more removed doesn't change that. We haven't all been stuck in our houses for most of the past 18 months for fun, you know that.
If you want to take a moral stand against footballers who drink drive that's fine, but between Tevez, Nasri, Micah, Michael Johnson, Yaya & Mendy off the top of my head we've had more players banned from driving than most (and those are just the ones who got caught). It's reprehensible but it's clearly not something that's going to stop the club signing someone and I doubt it's stopped you supporting them in the past.
