Well this sucks, it just feels so unfair City buying all the talent in the league. But there's nothing we can do about it other than feel sorry for ourselves. Another season where City dominate, 100+ points....at 35 years of age, I might just be loosing my enthusiasm for the game.

They’ve all lost their enthusiasm. Something I never heard during Ferguson era, as you say the irony of them taking many clubs young stars that have been home grown in their academies. I'd be very curious to know what Carragher suggests. If Kane feels in all good faith that he has a gentleman's agreement — and he can't just be pulling that out of thin air, there must have been conversations between him and his chairman in the past — and the other party is behaving like no gentleman (and he is effectively pricing him out of a move by setting a fee that no-one in their right mind would pay), then as long as Harry carries on behaving, himself, like a gentleman, then he's helping Levy to screw him over.
If Levy won't listen to reason, what power does Kane have other than to withdraw his labour?
