Jack has lots of potential but his injuries were unfortunately too much for us.

£10m is a decent price and if we can get another £10m-£15m from the sales of Garcia, Richards, Sinclair and Guidetti I think that will be deemed a satisfactory window in regards to incomings and outgoings in relation to our overall net spend.

£10 million is a gift. He has the potential to be class but I really don't think he'll ever get over his injuries. Didn't think we'd get anything over £3 million.

Sunderland fans up here see him as better than any midfielder they have had for years. They see him as a bargain. Some talk on Sunderland forum about the sell on fee Everton will get as part of original deal with City.... Anyone know anything?

I would assume Everton would get nothing as we have made a £2 million loss on him, Unless we get £1 million back off Everton.

I had high hopes for him but sadly injuries have stopped his career in its tracks. I am hopeful that at Sunderland he can get a good run of games and if he can do that he should then be back in the England squad sooner rather than later.
