he is a class act. will be missed by england at the euros. actually no he won't because he would be on the bench anyway while gerrard and lampard mess up another major tournament.

But wow another overrated English player.
The media going a bit OTT about him missing the Euros and how it will affect Englands chances (like they have any)

Maybe he is the next Zidane or just another English media love in

Typical English media hype about English player aside (He isn't all our Euro hopes rolled into one basket of course, this would imply we actually have any hope to roll), Wilshere is a very talented footballer for his age make no mistake about it. As long as this injury isn't something that ruins his career he will be the person Arsenal build their midfield around and with good reason.

He,ll do well to displace Song as the true king-pin of their midfield. Song has been outstanding for most of the season( without the media hype)..just look at any video of van-rapists goals this season and see how many are the product of a fantastic chipped pass from Song..this from a player who is known for his tackling and ability to sit deep and screen the back four..as i,ve said, hardly mentioned on sky..

Thats the difference between young english players like Wilshere/Cleverley....media fawn over them..good players maybe but Songs ability and control has been overlooked..as an aside, did yaya.s brilliant last half hour on saturday draw any world class comments?...imagine if that had been Wilshere!
