I thought Wilshere would turn Arsenals season around when he got fit. Not happening yet
great point, the second coming never materialized

how long has he been fully fit though?

the fact someone thought he,d turn arsenals season around say,s a lot about his potential. tonight he showed he has the ability to drive a team forward, and lets be clear, arsenal were struggling against swansea, it took wilshire to drag his team over the line by sheer determination..not many young players have that ability to impose themselves on top class football matches...and for anyone who says it was only swansea, think back to his performances against barcelona..he didn,t look out of place at all.

don,t like him as a person, but the lad can play.wouldn,t be sorry if we signed him in the future.

He is a really gifted player, he's also quite a twat but that is because he really cares for his team (a lot more than some of their fickle fans) and is frustrated by their constant wankness. We'd love a Jack Wilshere, a home grown midfield general with the technical ability to play at the highest level. Maybe some day we will get one (looking at you Mr. Evans, no pressure or anything...). You also can't blame Wilshere for Arsenal's rubbish season, he is playing well, working his arse off, and single-handedly trying to drag them through some games. Put the Wilshere of today in the Arsenal team of a few years ago and he'd have been great playing around Fabregas, Nasri, and Van Rapist (when he was fit).

Do you honestly think Evans has the potential? from what i gather he certainly has the heart.

No idea, I want to say he does but I'm sure every club down the country has a local lad like him they are sure will make it and how many of the lads will? He has the perfect attitude and lots of talent, let's just hope he can keep developing and not end up disappointing on loan in League Two and ending up somewhere like Bournemouth like so many of our bright young things have in recent years (anyone remember David Ball, our next great Mancunian striker...?). :/

Much as I like the player I don't see him leaving Arsenal just yet.
