And the questions to ask are: has his admittedly good start impacted on us, ‘The Centurions’, y’know the record-breakers, the club with so many young talents already jostling for position? And will it?

A year ago Pep was asked which player has impressed him the most in his time with us. No hesitation, ‘Phil Foden.’
There’s a reason he’s being held back. Wish I knew what it was, but it’s Pep. He knows. But Jesus it’s hard.

Burn out. He’s not physically developed yet. I’m sure Messi at that age was slightly more heavy legged than Foden. Pep knows this guy is going to go all the way, part of his extension with us I believe. All in good time my friend. I reckon 2022 and more so 2026 world cups, Foden will excel above all others.
 
This guy doesn’t get in our starting 11 or even our bench. Not sure why people are pranging out so much about him going elsewhere. We need to move on and forget about him.
 
Looks like he is going to be starting every game now watched the last 10 mins and he doesn’t look out of place keep it up and he will go for big big money I so hope it’s true we have a 25% sell on clause.

Wish I could ignore the thread all together but there’s no option for that.

He came from Watford’s academy spent a few years here and left. Simple as that.
