fair enough, that's what I was expecting in August but good for him to start proving himself at that level in a big game. Hopefully Foden and Diaz get some more game time in the final 5 games.

I'm not sure Rashford has ever actually contributed that much quality to a game of football, as Sancho just did.
Take him to the World Cup. Drop a couple of neverwillbes to make space for him & Foden.

His gamble to leave plus missing out on the latter stages of the youth World Cup seems to be paying dividends.
To be honest I admire what he has done - he could have spent three years in the EDS team but saw an opportunity and went for it.
I think that if he had stayed he would have played more than Foden as it is easier to play young players on the flanks than in the centre but we will never know.

I watched the game and fair play to him, he absolutely killed it. That touch for the assist for the third goal was sublime for a kid his age. His all round play was really good too.
