I just don’t think he has the mentality and grit to turn what is undoubtedly an immense talent into delivering for a team.

Still a kid I know but his life seems to be focused on being the flash kid on the block, private planes, long trips to parties, not what you want to see from a dedicated professional - polar opposite to the city players and a good reason for not trying harder to keep hold of him.

I think when he was leaving the behaviour exhibited made city review the position on him and not throw everything at keeping him. It’s a shame really as if he had Fodens mentality he could be amazing.

He will have games where he shows flashes of brilliance but will fade away I think ; unless he changes his mindset.

I just think as he'd not been with us that long he jumped Watford etc too he was thinking career and had faith in his own ability.

No issues with him going as Pep never gaurentees anyone game time, at least I don't think so, don't agree with him but a personal choice.

We'll he's had game time and he's now with the rags, would he be in Phil's position if he'd stayed? Probably not.

We'll now see if he can hack it at the rags where every pass, shot, tackle, run will be automatically world class.
