Decent player, but an out and out winger ,wasn’t to bothered when he left for Germany TBH,
Walked out on Watford to come to us ,did the same to us ,how long before he jumps ship at the swamp ?and that if he’s a success ?
More likely he will go down the James and Januzai route and will be forgotten about quicker than a bus wrecking in Liverpool!
At the age of 14, he moved to Manchester City in March 2015 for an initial fee of £66,000 under the EPPP, potentially rising to £500,000, he walked out?

The only doubt about Sancho is attitude, and going to the rags with a weak manager could and hopefully will be an issue.

With the likes of Pogba & Lingard, he could not wish for finer role models and tik tok buddies.

Who cares about the media, what they say is utter crap and irrelevant.

Sancho has signed if its 80m, 100m, so what, he has signed and they will be far stronger because of it.

I agree, but the media calling it 79.9m and 99.9m still fucking irritates the shit out of me.

They are talking the preverbal and it clearly works if if bothers you.

The UK media are filth, look at the treatment over Raheem Sterling over the years, appalling and vicious racist lies in my opinion.

Now, because of his England form, they are trying to make him a hero, hypocrites and scum bags.

The haters on here I don't understand at times.

He left us to challenge himself, it worked get over it, he has become a very good player, has become a full international.

Now he gets a big move to the rags, good deal for both, makes them better, whatever anyone's says.
He could have tried a bit harder to challenge himself here I felt. I fully understand the resentment many feel towards him as he has decided to rock up and play for the rags. I would expect a very warm welcome for him too when he turns up at our place next season.
I don't know what sort of an impact he will have in the PL but those who watched him at the academy will know he is a talented player. As I have said before I sensed some flaws in his mentality and application maybe Pep did too although his performances in Germany have indeed been impressive. He will face an altogether different type of challenge at the swamp.

Time will tell whether it’s a good deal for the rags. He’s not a kid or a player with potential anymore, it’s a proper signing like Sanchez or Martial. Fwiw, I’m happy him that his career’s worked out so far and everyone along the way has been rewarded for their part in his progress. But he’s a fuckin rag now and I hope he bombs.

The easy option would be to stay with us, he took the harder option and he has been an outstanding success.

He went to a new country/culture and football league and was highly successful.

He backed his talent and he was very right to do so.

A fine player, who now has a great chance, hopefully he will not succeed.

He's done very well at Dortmund - but stats mean nothing. Depay had similar stats when he signed for United, and look how that turned out.

Hopefully he'll flop, go back to Germany on the cheap, pick up his career again, and then go elsewhere...like Depay!

On a side note, a family member of mine used to teach him (and Foden) and said Sancho is an absolute bellend, so he'll fit in nicely with Pogba, Lingard, and the other dancers.

I wonder if he'll drop that ridiculous German accent he's picked up when doing press conferences? Or if he'll revert back to cockney bad boy, with a hint of Trafford?
