Sancho knew he was behind Sane but wouldn’t wait
As for sane ,he only stayed an extra season because he got injured and Bayern pulled out

sancho is a good player
But not as good As he thinks

we are well shot of him

From what I've read on here, it's the whole amount (when the add-ons are achieved), think Barca tried it with Neymar and were told to pay up, but I stand to be corrected on that.

The fee is €85m (£73m) with no add-ons. Unlike English clubs which can lie forever about these things Dortmund release it because they are publicly listed:
