Let's put this transfer in perspective. Sancho has cost around £8m more than any player we have ever bought. Then think what we have won paying what we pay.

The easy option would be to stay with us, he took the harder option and he has been an outstanding success.

He went to a new country/culture and football league and was highly successful.

He backed his talent and he was very right to do so.

I agree his choice proved to be a good one. But In many respects it was the easy option certainly compared to breaking into the City first team Dortmund was the place to be. He won't have it easy with the rags if recent history is anything to go by.
